The Ashford Formula is a highly-regarded permanent reinforcement agent (deterioration preventive agent) for concrete developed by Curecrete Chemical of the United States, around 50 years ago.
With conventional concrete flooring (factory, warehouse) the surface normally protected using acrylic or epoxy resin, MMA resin, or resin-mortar lining material. For these materials and processes it is common to wear away with use and to require repairing when they loose their effects. The repair work is extremely costly and requires a temporary shutdown of facility, incurring big loss to operations. When the total cost, including maintenance, clean-up, etc. is considered, the Ashford Formula must be significantly more cost effective than the alternatives. The Ashford Formula has created economical flooring.
The Ashford Formula
- Ashford Formula does not make surface coating
- Ashford Formula penetrates, and becomes one with concrete
Penetrating your concrete, Ashford Formula closes the pores from within, converting the concrete into a solid, densified mass. Unlike film-forming surface treatments that peel away, Ashford Formula gives your concrete a deep permanent seal and eliminates the need for for expensive reapplications. It also inhibits migration of water, oils and other surface contaminations into the concrete.

Ashford Formura effectively penetrating the surface and solidifying the components of the concrete into one solid mass. The effect is to increase density, toughen, harden, and seal out moisture for the life of the building material.

The Ashford Formura is a totally non-organic emulsion. The non-combustible, non-flammable, process is totally safe.
